The grass feeds the animals we select creating the best of British steaks and meat, that we grill and smoke to perfection over Dorset oak. All of our steaks are dry aged of a minimum of 35 days. 

Not only are we  committed to quality produce but our planet too which inspires us to opt only British meat, fish and veg using local suppliers.
